Experience and Qualifications
Janet is an accredited member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and has an ILM postgraduate level Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching. She has experience of coaching a large number of public and voluntary sector managers and clinicians.

Janet's approach to coaching is based on a strong belief in the potential of each individual, and she works with her clients to enable them to create and develop effective solutions to achieve their personal goals. Janet has a natural affinity for coaching based on her value system, which seeks to support and actively help people improve and grow. She is focussed in her approach which, certainly in my case, resulted in change. Janet uses coaching tools and techniques which challenge and help shift you from your comfort zone, and positive affirmations which encourage you to be mindful of your every day experiences. Janet helped me claim my successes and work towards addressing my developmental areas.
